POWEROAD continues to strengthen its technical support for partners through Expertise In Action: Partner Tech Training, Spain & Portugal, a series of hands-on technical training sessions combining project-site visits with direct training for partners across the region.
Every energy storage project has its own operating conditions and energy requirements. By working directly with partners, POWEROAD addresses practical technical questions and explores how battery charging and discharging can be better aligned with each project’s energy profile.
The series has covered a range of commercial and industrial (C&I) applications, with project-based training including:
- At Free Power, S.L.’s project in Spain, a 105 kW / 215 kWh POWEROAD FLEX 215 AIO supports factory backup and peak shaving.
- At Cavo Energías’s paper factory, a 105 kW / 215 kWh energy storage system supports solar self-consumption and helps reduce contracted power demand.
- At Inergya’s agricultural irrigation project in Spain, a 105 kW / 233 kWh POWEROAD FLEX 233 AIO helps make better use of surplus PV generation by storing excess solar energy for use when irrigation demand arises, helping reduce electricity purchases from the grid.
- Another session in Spain focused on a 100 kW / 215 kWh energy storage system integrated with rooftop solar and EV charging infrastructure at a gas station.
- In Portugal, four POWEROAD FLEX 215 AIO units at b.again’s bicycle factory project provide a combined capacity of 400 kW / 860 kWh to support on-site solar self-consumption.
POWEROAD also held a dedicated technical training session with Anssasol, sharing expertise in energy storage systems and their practical applications.
Together, these training sessions reflect POWEROAD’s commitment to strengthening technical knowledge and collaboration across its partner network.
