POWEROAD successfully participated in GREEN ENERGY EXPO & ROMENVIROTEC 2025, held from April 9 to 11 at ROMEXPO, Bucharest, presenting its latest advancements in commercial, industrial, and grid-scale energy storage solutions to key industry stakeholders across Romania and Eastern Europe. At Booth 84, POWEROAD introduced a range of diversified energy storage systems that address local market needs such as renewable integration, backup power, and peak load management.
During the exhibition, Mr. Han Chunlin, Ambassador of China to Romania, visited the booths of Chinese companies and stopped by POWEROAD’s stand. The Ambassador learned about POWEROAD’s diverse energy storage product lineup and showed strong interest in the company’s development. On-site, POWEROAD’s sales engineer introduced the company’s growth and innovation in Europe, as well as its wide-ranging project applications.
Among the showcased products, the FLEX 215 AIO ESS stood out for its safety, stability, and economic flexibility. Already widely used across Europe, this solution has accumulated a wealth of operational data. The versatile applications and strong project portfolio attracted great attention and in-depth consultations from visitors throughout the event.
As one of the largest energy storage markets in Central and Eastern Europe, Romania is witnessing rapid growth in storage deployment, supported by policy incentives, evolving electricity pricing mechanisms, and grid upgrades. Although still in its early stages, Romania’s energy storage market—particularly in the residential and C&I sectors—shows tremendous potential. POWEROAD has already implemented hybrid solar + EV charging + backup power projects in Romania. These innovative solutions help increase grid flexibility, enhance solar energy consumption, and reduce curtailment caused by solar fluctuations, ultimately improving electricity sales and revenues for users.
