POWEROAD operates two state-of-the-art manufacturing bases in Xiamen and Shanghang. The company has implemented comprehensive management software, including ERP U9, and MES (Manufacturing Execution System), and plans to deploy a PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) system in the near future.
These systems serve as the “intelligent brain” of POWEROAD’s manufacturing operations, enabling the creation of a fully digital and smart production process. Located in the industrial area of Shanghang County, POWEROAD’s Shanghang Manufacturing Base commenced operations in September 2024. The new facility boasts a 95% automation rate on its liquid cooling battery module and PACK assembly lines, achieving breakthroughs in process optimization, technological refinement, and production efficiency. With an annual capacity of 1.2 GWh, the new production lines have established a robust quality traceability system.
Using MES for real-time data tracking, POWEROAD ensures complete traceability throughout the manufacturing process, significantly improving quality management and guaranteeing product excellence.
