Project 1 – Retrofitting Solar with Meta H1 for a Romanian Bakery

In Romania, a bakery operating two 27 kWp PV systems needed to solve several operational challenges: high grid voltage shutting down inverters, higher nighttime consumption and frequent power outages. As the site was already equipped with Huawei PV inverters, POWEROAD Meta H1 was installed without any changes to the existing Huawei PV inverters, integrating smoothly with a Deye three-phase inverter.

Project 2 – Modular and Scalable Battery Storage for a Belgian Restaurant

In Belgium, a restaurant required a high-capacity energy storage system within a confined basement space, while also aiming to participate in the local imbalance market.

The solution consisted of six of Meta H1 battery units connected in parallel, forming a scalable system with a total capacity of 120 kWh. The installation was further integrated with a third-party EMS platform, enabling advanced energy management and market participation.

This project highlights POWEROAD home battery solutions’ suitability for small commercial, easily scale up to meet higher consumption energy demand in small commercial, and able to operates in the imbalance market. This successful case not only demonstrates the excellent performance of Meta H1, but also provides a useful reference for the application of similar scenarios in the future.
