The containerized energy storage system (ESS) will soon become a critical component of a hybrid on/off-grid 375kW/860kWh solar PV+ESS project designed to power a local shopping center.
POWEROAD ESS was prefabricated, tested, and shipped to ensure a streamlined, ready-to-install solution. Its plug-and-play structure and pre-assembled components will allow for rapid installation, enabling an expedited project timeline and faster energy benefits for the local community. This project highlights POWEROAD’s commitment to providing innovative and efficient sustainable energy solutions that empower communities and support the transition to renewable energy sources.
POWEROAD Containerized ESS uses a typical 20-foot container design, using A-grade brand new battery cells. It is primarily used in solar self-consumption, demand charge reduction, peak-valley arbitrage, frequency response services, off-grid, and microgrid applications. It is highly competitive in the market and may be configured with various power and energy in many ways for different scenarios.
POWEROAD Containerized ESS contribute to a more reliable, flexible energy infrastructure for the region, maximizing the output of the solar PV system while maintaining energy stability even in off-grid scenarios.
