POWEROAD’s leadership team recently visited Solar Global‘s office in Prague, Czech Republic, where both companies held in-depth discussions on battery energy storage market developments and emerging opportunities across Europe.

The conversations focused on the growing role of battery energy storage in supporting Europe’s energy transition, with particular attention given to developments in the Czech Republic and other key European markets.

Topics included the current landscape and future potential of battery energy storage systems (BESS) in ancillary services markets, exploring how energy storage can enhance grid flexibility, improve system efficiency, and unlock greater value through ancillary services and energy trading.

The Solar Global team also shared insights into its energy trading system and operational experience, providing valuable perspectives on market participation and project optimization.

The visit further strengthened the partnership between POWEROAD and Solar Global, reinforcing both companies’ shared commitment to advancing battery energy storage deployment and supporting the transition toward a more resilient and sustainable energy system across Europe.
