POWEROAD recently organized an internal training session focused on ISO 26000 (Guidance on Social Responsibility) and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles. The session was designed to strengthen internal awareness and practical understanding of sustainability, responsible governance, and social impact across the organization.
Participants from key departments — including R&D, manufacturing, and purchasing — took part in the session, which explored how to embed ESG and ISO 26000 guidelines into daily operations and long-term business strategy.
In order to proactively identify and respond to the needs of stakeholders, POWEROAD has conducted a comprehensive stakeholder engagement exercise in line with the requirements of ISO 26000:2010 and the GRI Sustainability Reporting Guidelines. Through this process, the company identified the expectations and concerns of key stakeholders using a matrix evaluation method, assessing each issue from two dimensions: 1. its impact on the company’s economic, environmental, and social performance, and 2. its relevance to stakeholders.
POWEROAD will continue to invest in ESG capability building and sustainable innovation as part of its long-term development goals.
