Xiamen, China – August 19, 2026 – POWEROAD has reached another milestone in its sustainability journey, with its FLEX-261 AIO liquid cooling energy storage system successfully completing the Battery Passport process, further expanding Battery Passport coverage across the company’s product portfolio.
Following the issuance of POWEROAD’s first pilot Battery Passport in China by Bureau Veritas (BV), generated via the Circulor platform, the completion of FLEX-261 AIO’s Battery Passport process marks another important step in POWEROAD’s ongoing efforts to enhance battery transparency, traceability, and lifecycle management.
Designed for commercial and industrial (C&I) energy storage applications, FLEX-261 AIO features an all-in-one design integrating PCS into a single compact platform, simplifying installation while combining high energy density, advanced liquid cooling technology, and comprehensive safety protection to deliver efficient and reliable energy storage performance.
Key features include:
- High Energy Density: Delivering 261 kWh within a compact 1.57 m² footprint, FLEX-261 AIO enables optimized space utilization for diverse C&I applications.
- Advanced Liquid Cooling Technology: Maintaining cell temperature difference within 3°C, the system reduces thermal imbalance, improves efficiency, and extends battery lifespan.
- Comprehensive Safety Architecture: Equipped with intelligent BMS protection, multi-sensor monitoring, aerosol fire suppression, and fire-resistant enclosure design to provide multi-layer protection.
- Intelligent BMS with Active Balancing: Equipped with an intelligent Battery Management System featuring active cell balancing technology, FLEX-261 AIO enhances battery consistency, optimizes performance, and improves long-term system reliability.
As global energy markets continue to place greater emphasis on battery lifecycle transparency and sustainability, Battery Passport technology is becoming an important foundation for improving visibility across the battery value chain.
