POWEROAD’s annual output of 6GWh lithium battery energy storage system project in Shanghang has become a provincial key project. With an ambitious total investment of approximately 1.2 billion yuan, spanning across 120 acres of land, this project emerges as a beacon of progress, divided into three meticulously planned phases of construction.
Recently, at the site of the first phase of this project, the construction of the main steel structure of the 5# comprehensive workshop and the installation of roof panels have been completed, and the constructors are speeding up the indoor decoration and other operations in a tight schedule.
The General Project Officer Xie Lihua provides an update, underscoring the remarkable progress made thus far. The #5 plant’s wall panel installation and the second floor of the mezzanine floor of the renovation have been completed. Simultaneously, the installation of roller shutter doors and glass windows is underway, adding finesse to the structure’s facade. With ancillary facilities nearing completion at an impressive 85%, the vision edges closer to realization.
In order to ensure the project’s landing schedule, the county administration continues to improve the landing approval mechanism, take the initiative to offer local services to strongly promote the project to accelerate the construction. According to reports, the first-phase project is expected to meet the 1GWh energy storage system production demand after putting into operation, and will realize the annual output value of about 800 million yuan, the whole three-phase project is expected to realize the annual output value of 4 billion yuan, increase about 150 local jobs.
